Due to the individual personalization and craftsmanship that goes into each Keepsake, the total time it takes to get delivered to you is a combination of production time + shipping time. Our professionally trained production artists, laser technicians, bench jewelers, and material handlers work together to handcraft your Keepsakes and have them delivered to you when you need them. This Keepsake has the following production levels available:
With Legacy Touch's unique Express Production Service, families that order selected Keepsakes before 12:00pm (noon) ET Mon-Fri can have their items carefully personalized and produced the same day and then shipped overnight for delivery on the next business day to U.S. addresses (1-3 business days to Canada). Why do we offer this exceptional service? Because it allows these Keepsakes to be received in time to be worn or given as gifts at graduations, births, funerals, visitations, and other meaningful events. An Express Production charge per Keepsake will apply.
Accelerated Production Service
For a guaranteed delivery date without the urgency of overnight, Legacy Touch's Accelerated Production Service is the perfect fit. When ordered before 12:00pm (noon) ET Mon-Fri, eligible Keepsakes will deliver in 3 business days when shipped to a U.S. address (3-5 business days to Canada). An Accelerated Production charge per Keepsake will apply.
Standard Production Service
For orders that are not time-critical, Legacy Touch still leads the industry with our Standard Production service which, for this item, delivers in approximately one week at no additional charge (a few of our items do require a little more time). Stainless Steel Care Instructions
To clean your Stainless Steel Keepsake, use lukewarm water and mild dish washing soap. Soak your Keepsake in the solution for approximately 5 minutes and then gently buff with a soft cloth. Rinse and allow to dry. Tarnish on Stainless Steel can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth or mild polish formulated for the metal, following instructions. Please do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Treat your pieces with the respect they deserve, avoiding all chemicals (including chlorine), activities (sports, etc.), and hard surfaces which can be damaging to fine metals. Quality Jewelry should always be shielded from hairspray, bug spray, lotions, and swimming pools. Care for your Keepsakes, and they will return the favor with many years of cherished connection.
Legacy Touch Keepsake Warranty
At Legacy Touch, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality, personalized Keepsakes. This Keepsake is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Legacy Touch will repair or replace the piece at no cost to the customer.
The Legacy Touch warranty does not cover pieces that have inscription errors made by the customer, pieces that are discolored due to environmental factors, pieces that are discolored due to allergic reactions, or pieces that have been abused or neglected by the customer.
